Changing the Narrative

Driven by the alarming cases of young women forced to offer sexual favors to male colleagues to advance their careers in the hospitality industry, I felt a burning desire to help the less privileged women in hospitality. Leveraging my 10+ years of industry experience and passion for hospitality, I initiated a movement in mid 2019 to empower and support marginalized women.

Unfortunately, the industry has historically overlooked women, limiting their influence and rendering them voiceless. Even those in positions of power have often failed to challenge the status quo. Worse still, women frequently undermine one another instead of uplifting each other.

It’s time for change. Our initiative unites industry stakeholders to provide support and elevate women’s voices. Together, we are fixing each other’s crowns.
